G-IV Enterprises USA, Inc., formerly known as G-IV Enterprises, was established in 2004 and serves the South Florida area.

The focus of the company is Commercial Interior Renovations.

 

Cruise Ship Renovations: G-IV has completed several cruise line projects such as a casino on the MS Song of Norway, the renovation of the public spaces on the MS Sun Viking for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Lobby and theater renovations on the MS Jubilee for Carnival Cruise Lines.

 

Bank Construction and Renovations: G-IV has been under contract with CitiGroup since 1987 building out new CitiBank branches and completing renovations of existing branches. We have also been under contract with CitiCorp North America since 2006 building out new CitiFinancial locations throughout south Florida. Other bank projects built-out by the principals of the company include several branches for Eastern Florida Financial Credit Union, Eastern National, 1st American, and many others.

 

Retail Interiors: Recent retail projects completed by G-IV include Preston Scott Design in Coral Gables, Design Tex Fabrics at the Design Center of the Americas and the Williams Island Restaurant and Yacht Club.

 

Residential projects: Recently we have been involved with high-end residential build-outs including work at the Belini Condominium at Bal Harbour, the Turnberry Ocean Colony on Sunny Isles Beach and the DelRio residence in Tahiti Beach (Cocoplum) Coral Gables.

 

G-IV Enterprises USA, Inc. is owned by C. Wayne Clark and Zulimi P.Clark.

 

Wayne Clark has been a state licensed general contractor since 1983, and has had companies that focused on structural contracting as well as large warehouse projects.

 

Zulimi Clark has been involved with G-IV since 2004 , serves as administrator and is in charge of all aspects of accounting and scheduling for the company.

 

The projects for the company are managed by Raymond Rodriquez and Louis Milam. Both have been with the company since 2004 and have been working with us since the late 1980’s.
